As an Engineer in AECOM’s Enterprise Capabilities in Madrid, you contribute to iconic bridge and structural projects within a global team. You will work from concept through detailed design, leveraging international standards and digital tooling to deliver safe, efficient structures. You’ll collaborate across disciplines to optimize design and constructability while supporting cross-border project delivery.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- perform structural analysis and modeling using specialized software and load combinations
- prepare calculation reports and drawings, participate in quality reviews to ensure technical consistency
- contribute to concept studies and design alternatives considering materials and construction methods
- apply international standards and constructability considerations to designs and stages




- participate in multidisciplinary collaboration and drive digital efficiency through templates and automation

Responsabilidades

- Master's degree in civil engineering
- +2 years of experience in bridges and/or structures design
- Fluency in English (oral and written)
- experience with international regulations and standards (e.g., AASHTO; AREMA; British Standards; Australian Codes)
- proficiency in engineering xugodme calculation software for bridge/structures (prefer MIDAS Civil NX; also CSiBridge, SAP2000)
- prior experience in North America, Australia, or New Zealand considered favorable
