About the roleWe are looking for an Engineering Lead with a strong Frontend background to lead a team of software engineers and drive the technical direction of our web experiences and platforms.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role combining frontend engineering, architecture, delivery and people leadership. What you'll doLead, mentor and grow a team of software engineers.

Drive the technical direction of frontend platforms and web experiences.

Stay close to the code, contributing to architecture, technical design and key engineering decisions.

Improve engineering efficiency through technical standards, tooling and automation.





Drive continuous improvement in performance, quality, reliability and developer experience.

About youStrong experience in Frontend Engineering and modern web technologies. Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue, Svelte, Angular or similar.

Previous experience as an Engineering Lead, Tech Lead, Lead Frontend Engineer or similar role.

Strong understanding of frontend architecture, performance and scalability.

Experience mentoring engineers and supporting their professional development.

Experience with high-traffic digital products or fast-growing technology companies is a plus.
