What you’ll be doing

- Take full ownership of turnover, margin and overall performance across your territory

- Provide technical consulting on complex automation applications and sensor solutions

What you’ll bring

- Degree‑level education in Electrical Engineering, STEM, or equivalent technical background (Preferable)
- Strong experience in industrial automation, ideally in a field‑based sales role
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a proven ability to make things happen
- Solid understanding of automation technologies, sensor applications and integration
- High self‑motivation, especially in developing new customers and expanding existing potential
- Structured, efficient working style with a team‑oriented, results‑driven mindset
