This is a high-impact, strategic role where you will play a key part in ensuring data integrity, regulatory compliance, and control effectiveness throughout a large-scale banking migration.

Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and own the Financial Crime data strategy across areas such as Transaction Monitoring, Screening and KYC.Lead the end-to-end data migration approach, including mapping, transformation,



validation and reconciliation.Ensure continuity and effectiveness of Financial Crime controls throughout migration and post-migration phases.Collaborate with business, architecture and engineering teams, translating regulatory requirements into data solutions.Establish data governance frameworks and manage data-related risks, audit requirements and control testing.RequirementsExperience as a Data Strategy Lead, Data Migration Lead, or similar role.Strong knowledge of Financial Crime / AML domains.Experience delivering large-scale data migration programmes in regulated financial services.Understanding of data governance, data quality, and regulatory expectations. xugodme Good level of English.Nice to HaveExperience in
