Looking for a GTM legend to build a world where everyone knows what they're truly capable of.
Wiselook is an early-stage startup on a mission to predict performance, so no one has to guess.
Today, most companies still hire and promote on gut feel. At Wiselook, we envision a world where every superpower is found.
Our conversational assessment verifies how people actually think and lead. Our science was developed with Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and independently audited for fairness.
The breakthrough engineering is done, the product works; What’s missing is the strategist who turns it into category dominance, and make us impossible to ignore. If you know how to package magic and launch it at scale, keep reading.
The role: Founding GTM Lead
You'll own how Wiselook wins: who we sell to, what we say, how we price, which channels we bet on, and how we turn pilots into recurring enterprise contracts. You'll build the playbook, and then hire the team to run it. You'll report directly to the CEO and sit at the leadership table from day one.
Must-haves
- You've built GTM from scratch before. You have 10+ years of experience leading go-to-market strategy and execution for B2B SaaS or technology products including real time in entrepreneurial settings: startups, scale-ups, new ventures or new business units. You built the engine; you didn't just advise on one.
- You were trained at the highest bar. Somewhere in your career, top-tier consulting or a company like Google, Microsoft or Amazon taught you rigour, structure and how large enterprise buyers think, decide and sign.
- You have sharp judgement.
You make good calls with incomplete information, you know which fights are worth picking, and you can tell a signal from noise, in data and in a room.
- You think like a founder. You treat the company's money like your own, you don't wait for permission, and a blank page energizes you. You have hands-on experience collaborating with product, data, and engineering teams to shape roadmaps based on customer and market insights.
- You're relentlessly curious. You ask the second and third question. You're already experimenting with AI in how you work, and you want to understand how things work, not just that they do.
- Your communication is flawless, in English and beyond. Your emails close deals, your one-pagers end debates, and you're as sharp in a boardroom as you are in writing.
- You're ready to be on the road. Customers, partners and investors are in more places than Madrid, and you'll be there when it matters.
- Comfort operating in an early-stage startup environment: experimentation mindset, data-driven decision-making, and willingness to build processes from scratch.
Nice to have: experience building and leading a commercial team, because you'll likely hire yours.
Not required: HR tech experience.
We'll teach you the space. We can't teach judgement, rigour or hustling.
What early-stage really means here
We're a young company, and we'll be honest about what that means. You'll have more ownership, more say and more visible impact than you'd get almost anywhere else. You'll also have less process, fewer resources and priorities that shift as we learn. If that sounds like chaos, this isn't your role. If it sounds like the point, keep reading. Everyone who joins now shapes what Wiselook becomes: the product, the culture and the way we win.
Culture is not a poster, we take it very seriously
Here are the behaviours we hire for, promote for and hold each other to every day:
- We Own. No task is beneath anyone. We share credit and take blame fast.
- Obsess about customers. If it doesn't serve the customer, it doesn't serve us.
- Velocity. We think in decades and act in days.
- Empower. Disagree early, then commit and move as one.
- No Limits. We break problems down to first principles and chase audacious goals.
We'll interview you against these five.
What success looks like
By day 30, you'll know our customers, product and pipeline well enough to hold a strong view on where we should focus. By day 60, you'll own the GTM plan the team executes against, and you'll have first results to show for it.
What you get
Founding-team equity. Real ownership. A seat next to the CEO. The chance to define the category and rewrite the rules about how companies hire and manage their worforce.
