As a General Ledger Accountant at Ricoh, you will support the finance function within Ricoh Business Services, focusing on asset management, month-end processes, and local GAAP reporting. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely financial closing. This role offers exposure to fixed assets, intercompany reconciliations, and GAAP conversions in a general, sustainability-minded environment.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Manage Fixed Assets including capitalization, disposals, and depreciation
- Prepare, analyze, and post journal entries
- Calculate month-end provisions and accruals for expenses
- Analyze and monitor operating expenses
- Perform intercompany reconciliations and related provisions
- Prepare monthly financial reporting for Ricoh France
- Execute month-end closing activities




- Manage conversion and consolidation from UGAAP to Local GAAP
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts related to inventory, fixed assets, and accrued/deferred income
- Reconcile prepaid expenses and prepayments
- Prepare audit support documentation and reports
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and requirements

Responsabilidades

- Fluent English and Spanish; additional languages valued
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting/finance roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel
- Knowledge of Oracle ERP systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility in adapting to new processes and ways of working
- Well-organized and methodical approach
