In this role you will drive strategic initiatives and business transformation within the Provider Organization, collaborating with technology, finance, and data teams to accelerate provider experience improvements. You will lead cross-functional programs from conception to completion, shaping processes and governance to align with organizational goals. You’ll manage risks, communicate with senior leaders, and implement improvements based on outcomes.
This is an energetic, collaborative environment with a focus on strategic delivery and impact.

- Lead and manage strategic projects from inception to completion aligning with organizational goals
- Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, governance, and resource needs with senior stakeholders
- Develop comprehensive project plans including schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and communication plans
- Monitor progress, identify and address risks/issues, and implement corrective actions
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among internal teams (Du0026A, Technology, PSO) and external partners
- Prepare and deliver executive updates and post-implementation reviews
- Analyze project outcomes, capture lessons learned, and recommend process improvements
Responsabilidades
- 7+ years of proven project management experience managing complex, cross-functional programs
- Exposure to or experience in Claims, Pre-authorization, Network, Reconciliation, Strategy, Finance, Change management
- Strategic thinking with ability to translate strategy into actionable xugodme plans
- Strong analytical capabilities and data-driven decision making
- Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence
- Resourceful problem-solving and adaptability to changing circumstances
- Change management experience supporting organizational transitions
- Bachelor in Business, Management, or related field; Master or equivalent preferred
- Comfort with fast-paced environments and shifting priorities
- Languages beyond English preferred but not required
