In this HR Specialist role, you will translate workforce data and trends into scalable, proactive programs that improve the employee experience across Amazon’s large-scale networks. You’ll work with cross-functional partners to design and implement strategic initiatives that mitigate risk and align with organizational priorities. The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, strategic foresight, and executive-level communication to influence leadership decisions.

You’ll contribute to a culture of trust, continuous improvement, and scalable people programs.

- Design and maintain workforce research and trend-monitoring frameworks
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and predictive risk modelling




- Synthesize data and sentiment to surface risks and opportunities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies
- Own large-scale, network-wide programs from design to delivery
- Translate research findings into scalable systems and mechanisms
- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership
- Manage projects xugodme independently in ambiguous environments
- Challenge existing practices to drive large-scale solutions

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
- Experience in employee relations, labor relations, or labor/employment law
- Previous HR specialist/HR generalist experience or HR program roles
