- Strong IBM Mainframe experience – mandatory.
- Strong experience with Java or Windows .NET development stacks.
- Good knowledge of Azure Cloud.
- Strong understanding of APIs and integration mechanisms.
- Experience with data technologies and enterprise data architecture.
- Experience with large-scale, complex transactional systems.
- Experience working across multiple systems, functions, locations, and organizations.
- Ability to define solutions covering functional, non-functional, security, and resilience requirements.
- Strong architecture analysis and solution design capabilities.
