About the Role

NISH Tech BV is looking for a Senior IT Infrastructure Requirements & Solution Analyst for a project within a leading Belgian energy transmission organization.

The role focuses on the early analysis of complex IT Infrastructure requests spanning multiple server-related domains. You will identify the underlying business and technical need, gather facts, clarify requirements, challenge assumptions and assess possible solution directions before implementation decisions are made.

You will collaborate with infrastructure specialists across Windows, Linux, IAM, application deployment and database environments. The position requires broad infrastructure knowledge combined with strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills. This is primarily a requirements analysis and solution-shaping role, rather than a hands-on engineering position.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as senior analyst for complex IT Infrastructure resource and service requests.
- Analyse requests spanning multiple server-related infrastructure domains.
- Identify the underlying need behind incomplete or unclear requests.
- Gather relevant technical and business information.
- Challenge assumptions and identify missing information.
- Document constraints, dependencies, risks and potential impacts.
- Collaborate with infrastructure subject-matter experts.
- Assess requests against existing IT infrastructure standards.
- Identify unclear, incomplete or undocumented standards.
- Develop possible solution directions and compare available options.
- Prepare structured request files for decision and approval boards.
- Document requirements, options, constraints, risks, costs and operational impact.
- Provide architectural input where required.
- Support infrastructure decision preparation.




- Contribute to server and infrastructure architecture activities when needed.

Experience
