Job Description:

- The internal auditor(s) is responsible for preparing and carrying out risk-based audit assignments that are included in the multi-year planning.
- The auditor works in accordance with the GIAS standards and the Client audit methodology.
- In close cooperation with Internal Audit, the auditor is responsible for the preparation, scope determination (risk-based), the work programme, the implementation and the report. The work is carried out independently, objectively and in accordance with the GIAS standards. The auditor reports the findings, conclusions and recommendations to relevant stakeholders in a clear and substantiated manner.

Specifically, the following 2 audits are planned:

- Contract management: assessing whether the organization has an effective contract management process in place so that contractual, operational, financial,



compliance and continuity risks are effectively managed throughout the entire contract lifecycle. (planned October-December)
- Workforce administration: Assess whether the organization has an effective workforce administration process in place so that personnel, operational, financial, compliance, privacy, and fraud risks are effectively managed throughout the employee lifecycle. (planned December -April)

Skills

- Demonstrable experience as an Auditor
- The candidate can demonstrate that he/she has experience in auditing contract management via a separate document (additional context)-Must Have
- The candidate demonstrates through a separate document (additional context) that he/she has knowledge of the legislation on public procurement-Must Have
- Demonstrable experience with GIAS standards and risk-based auditing
- Proven experience with audit methodologies
- Proven experience with data analysis
