Description

- You manage, maintain, and supervise the creation of SFDR reports;
- You ensure that all reports produced adhere to the necessary standardization requirements set by the Reporting Factory;
- You keep track of timelines for report submissions, ensuring all deadlines are met;
- You oversee the quality and punctuality of the reports generated;
- You follow up to ensure that reports are disseminated accurately and in a timely manner;
- You identify any issues that arise and take appropriate actions to resolve them;
- You collaborate with various reporting teams and stakeholders to implement new reporting initiatives or enhancements while optimizing current reports and processes;
- You apply the established control framework to guarantee the production of high-quality reports;
- You actively contribute to resolving any outstanding issues within your responsibility and provide assistance to colleagues during issue resolution, ensuring that daily operations are not hindered by unresolved matters. You escalate any critical issues to the team leader;
- You engage in proactive measures to achieve long-term solutions for ongoing issues;




- You set up a logging system for issues to enable further analysis and coordinated actions with the data team;
- You communicate recurring issues that affect operational efficiency and risk levels to the team leader.

Your profile

- A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience;
- A solid understanding of various financial instruments and products;
- Proficient command of the English language; knowledge of additional languages, particularly French or Dutch, is advantageous;
- Familiarity with financial product transactions and the associated processing workflows;
- Competence in standard IT tools (such as MS Excel, MS Outlook) and specialized software relevant to daily tasks;
- Basic knowledge of programming languages;
- Awareness of various sustainability metrics is a beneficial asset;
- Inclusive mindset, demonstrating exceptional skills in building and nurturing relationships;
- Ability to effectively influence and engage with key stakeholders;
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
