Recruiting professionals in software development, data and analytics, cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity (contract)
Your Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and prospect new clients
- Build and develop strong business relationships
- Negotiate and close commercial agreements
- Respond to tenders and RFPs
Recruitment & Consulting
- Analyse clients' specific hiring needs
- Advise clients on recruitment strategies
- Source, assess and select the best professionals for your clients
- Conduct interviews and reference checks
- Support candidates throughout the recruitment process
Administrative Management
- Prepare quotations and commercial proposals
- Monitor assignments and ensure appropriate follow-up
What We're Looking For
- Experience in 360 recruitment, sales, or a client-facing commercial role
- A passion for challenges, autonomy, and relationship building
- Fluent French and English OR fluent Dutch and English
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
