Spott is a YC-backed AI startup with its office in Leuven, Belgium. We are on a mission to transform the recruitment industry. Together, we’re building the first AI-native recruitment platform (ATS & CRM) that empowers professional recruiters to close more placements and help everyone find the right job more easily.

What We’re Looking For

We are product-obsessed. Everything we create needs to be better than any existing version of it on the market - and you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that standard is upheld.

✔️ 4+ years in product roles at fast-growing B2B SaaS companies, including 2+ years leading product managers or a product function

✔️ Proven track record of shipping products that customers love, from discovery to launch to iteration

✔️ Technical enough to work closely with engineers on tradeoffs, architecture and scope. A background in engineering or as a software engineer is a must

What You’ll Do

✔️ Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Spott's ATS & CRM, working directly with the CEO to decide where the product should go

✔️ Build and lead the product team (FE and designers) as we scale from 50 to 150 people

✔️ Run discovery with recruitment agencies across Europe, the US and APAC,



and ruthlessly prioritize the features with the highest impact on the company

✔️ Partner with Engineering, Sales and Customer Success to prioritize ruthlessly, ship fast and measure impact

✔️Set up the product processes, rituals and metrics that let us stay fast while the product team grows

3. Product deep dive (60min)

You walk us through a product you built end to end: the problem, your decisions, what worked and what didn't

4. Case interview (90min)

We work through a real product challenge we face at Spott to see how you approach discovery, prioritization and tradeoffs

5. Founder interview (60min)

You go deeper on how you think about building products, leading teams, and how you'd shape Spott's product direction
