Experteer Overview
In this role you help translate ambitious growth goals into clear KPIs and actionable plans within the Subscriptions domain. You partner with leadership to bridge strategy and execution, driving customer value and revenue growth across core lines. You will manage cross-functional initiatives, monitor KPIs, and optimize performance, shaping the Subscriptions roadmap. This role offers high impact, collaboration with Product, Tech, Data, and Partnerships teams, and exposure to cutting-edge fintech initiatives.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead project management of external initiatives supporting Partnerships
• Own recon and partnership operations to maintain daily execution discipline
• Drive KPI discipline with regular performance reviews against targets
• Monitor performance and optimize outcomes for product KPIs, unit economics, and SLAs
• Identify growth opportunities through ad-hoc deep dives to shape the Subscriptions roadmap
• Develop deep understanding of business drivers, requirements, infrastructure, and processes
• Coordinate across teams and partners to align stakeholders and drive execution on complex topics
Responsabilidades
• Minimum 3 years experience in fintech, banking, consulting, or startups
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, Mathematics, or related field from a top-tier institution
• Proven data-driven decision-making and cross-functional project experience
• Strong problem-solving ability to structure analyses and draw insights
• Experience with AI tools to accelerate analysis, automate workflows, and scale execution
• Ability to source data independently and present findings with effective visualization/storytelling
• Genuine interest in the banking/fintech industry
• Fluent in English
