At Grafton, we're looking for a Head of Sales to join one of our clients in the prime residential real estate sector in Barcelona. This is more than a sales leadership role. We're looking for someone who can shape the commercial strategy from day one, combining market insight, pricing, product and sales execution to drive the success of high-end residential developments. What will you do? - Define the commercial strategy, buyer persona and target demand for each project. - Shape the residential product alongside the development team. - Own and continuously optimize pricing and sales strategy. - Take responsibility for the Sales P&L; and commercial performance. - Define and track key KPIs, from sales pace and conversion to pricing and absorption. - Lead sales teams, brokers and external partners. - Work closely with Marketing on positioning and go-to-market strategy. - Ensure an outstanding buyer experience throughout the entire sales journey.



What are we looking for? - Solid experience in residential sales or commercial strategy, ideally within the prime/high-end segment. - Strong experience leading teams and driving results. - A combination of analytical thinking and commercial instinct. - Confidence working with pricing, KPIs and P&L; ownership. - A hands-on, results-driven mindset with strong decision-making skills. - Fluent Spanish and English. - Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus.
