Role Description The Occupational Therapist at RevoIut will provide individualized assessment and intervention to support clients in regaining or enhancing daily living, work, and leisure skills. Day-to-day tasks include conducting functional evaluations, designing treatment plans, implementing rehabilitation programs, and documenting progress in alignment with clinical standards. The role involves close collaboration with physicians, rehabilitation specialists, and families to coordinate holistic care, with a particular focus on pediatric populations when required.

Educating clients and caregivers, recommending adaptive equipment,



and contributing to interdisciplinary case discussions are key responsibilities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Madrid.

Qualifications

- Clinical care skills in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation to assess needs and deliver evidence-based interventions.
- Foundational knowledge in Medicine to understand diagnoses, treatment plans, and multidisciplinary care pathways.
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams and to provide clear education and guidance.
- Experience or interest in Pediatrics for working with children and adolescents in therapeutic and developmental contexts.
- Relevant degree in Occupational Therapy and appropriate professional licensure or eligibility to practice in Spain.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare setting, with sound clinical judgment and ethical practice.
- Organizational and documentation skills for maintaining accurate records and complying with regulatory standards.
- Proficiency in Spanish; additional languages are an advantage.
