Content Planner Specialist

who, under the supervision of the Head of Content Acquisition, will be in charge of selecting content for airlines’ inflight entertainment (movies, TV shows, podcasts, etc.). What your day to day will look like

Manage content programming for clients: select content under the supervision of the Head of Content Acquisition to be displayed on board of the Airlines QTM works with making sure it complies with airline guidelines.

Support the management of relationships with providers: prepare Purchase Orders, and support with contracts preparation

Track the delivery of content and files, ensuring they arrive within established deadlines and meeting all the requirements

Establish contact with Key Account Managers, who are in charge of the relationship with clients, in order to understand clients’ requirements and needs

Establish contact with providers to update catalogues and line ups with the latest content

Identify new and emerging content trends, research potential content partners, and support the development of relationships with content owners to continuously grow the internal content catalogue.

Analyse content performance across different platforms and audiences to identify trends, key learnings, and opportunities. Develop and share performance reports with internal and external stakeholders,



drawing actionable insights with the support of the Head of Acquisition to optimise content strategies and improve day-to-day decision-making.

What you should bring: Technically Experience or education in cultural project management Interest in the audiovisual sector (film, TV, online content, etc.) Proactive, good teamwork, and with positive interpersonal abilities Attention to detail, good organization, multi-tasking, ability to prioritize, organising tasks considering given deadlines Positive and with a problem-solving mindset Comfortable carrying out administrative management tasks under specific deadlines Knowledge of the audiovisual and film industry Medium-level skills in Microsoft Excel

Advanced English and Spanish Personally You are highly results-driven, used to working hard, self-motivated and critical thinker Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills You are organized with high standards of quality and precision A team player, client-oriented with positive attitude & energy Trustworthy and excellent work ethics Strong interest in the content industry, with the ability to identify high-quality, relevant, and engaging content for different audiences. Comfortable working with international teams, adapting to diverse cultures, languages and backgrounds. Strong project coordination skills, with experience managing projects involving several internal departments and external stakeholders across different locations, and time frames while ensuring effective collaboration and timely execution.
