In this role you will align people strategy with business goals as Innovamat scales in a multinational education company. You will partner with senior leaders to shape organizational structures, leadership development, and culture, driving performance and wellbeing while embedding data-driven HR practices. You’ll bridge Talent Acquisition and management, implement 360 evaluations, and coach leaders to foster an autonomous, high-performing organization.
This is a high-impact, hands-on strategic role with a focus on sustainable growth and people-centric execution.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Strategic organizational design and continuous improvement to boost productivity as the company scales
- Forecast staffing needs, define role requirements, and ensure cultural fit across hiring stages
- Plan and implement performance evaluations, including 360º programs, and develop training/career paths
- Coach senior leaders and support development of autonomous, efficient management
- Drive culture and employee well-being initiatives and promote the company values
- Track metrics and use data to inform decisions and actions across business areas
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition and business units to align people strategy with goals
- Act as liaison among management, teams, and HR for smooth execution
Responsabilidades
- Bachelor or Master in HR, Labour Relations, Psychology, Business, xugodme or related field
- ~4 years of experience as People Business Partner or HR generalist/strategic role
- Strong knowledge of organizational structures, including matrix environments
- Fluency in English and Spanish; Catalan a plus
- Experience in global and multicultural settings a plus
