The Role

Data plays a key role in how we design the product, support our customers, and make better decisions across the company. Our Data team works with teams across Holded (Product, Sales, Support, Marketing and Finance) and we’re now looking for a Product Data Analyst to join us, with a focus on specific products within Holded.

You’ll be part of a growing data organisation that includes analysts, data engineers and data science, and you’ll work closely with both business and product teams from day one.

As a Product Data Analyst your work will include:

- Working closely with Product Managers and Business stakeholders
- Supporting frequent product launches by defining metrics, validating tracking, building observability and monitoring results
- Analyzing the behavior of users and our product performance
- Developing data models using dbt
- Contributing to shared metrics and a common semantic layer
- Building and improving dashboards used by Product and Business teams
- Answering small and big data questions and helping teams understand what’s happening in the business.

Ideally, we are looking for an analyst with solid experience in dbt and an interest in data modeling and/or analytics engineering.





This is a role with significant growth opportunities, both in terms of scope and impact and which will be adjusted to the candidate’s profile and experience.

About you

- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Master in Data Science or any related field
- Around 3+ years of experience in data, analytics or a similar role
- Great SQL
- Basic DBT knowledge
- Data modeling knowledge
- Ideally, some experience working close to product and business teams
- Experience with BigQuery, Lightdash or cloud platforms is a plus, but not required.
- Some experience with Python is a plus
- Curious mindset and willingness to learn
- Spanish (working proficiency), English (Intermediate)
- Based in Barcelona
