As Onboarding Specialist for the DACH market, you help new customers activate Factorial and unlock its full value. You guide clients through tailored onboarding journeys, bridging product, sales and customer success to shape their Factorial usage. You translate client processes into effective workflows and identify opportunities to improve the experience.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to shorten onboarding times and boost satisfaction. This role offers meaningful impact by shaping how customers adopt our platform.

- Welcome and onboard new DACH clients via video calls and email
- Create personalized onboarding journeys based on each customer's needs
- Understand client workflows and translate them into Factorial configurations
- Identify challenges, opportunities,



and provide insights to improve the experience
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to enhance the client journey
- Define and scale onboarding processes for a smoother, faster experience

Responsabilidades

- Native or near-native German and professional-level English
- Experience in Customer Experience roles (Account/Client Management, Onboarding, Customer Success or xugodme Support)
- SaaS experience is a plus
- Proactive, curious, problem-solver
- Fast learner, comfortable with product changes
- Ownership mindset and client-centric mindset
- HR knowledge is a plus
