As Product Owner, you'll lead a cross-functional Scrum team of frontend engineers, UX designers, and analysts, driving product discovery, running A/B tests, and continuously optimizing the customer conversion journey.

Main Responsibilities

- Lead a cross-functional Scrum team of frontend engineers, a UX designer, and analytics support to deliver standout, optimized campaign experiences
- Own the roadmap: prioritize it and translate it into clear backlogs, detailed user stories, and sprint goals
- Drive product discovery and run continuous A/B testing to boost conversion rates and add-to-cart metrics
- Work closely with the team to sharpen frontend mechanics, teaser components, and overall webshop performance, including Google Core Web Vitals
- Manage cross-team dependencies across 12 frontend units and coordinate with e-commerce stakeholders across 11 countries
- Champion a proactive, user-centered product culture built on continuous improvement and high-impact releases

Core Skills/Experience

- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience as a Product Owner in an agile Scrum environment
- A proven track record with frontend web applications and user-centered digital products
- Experience running product discovery and setting up A/B tests to optimize user conversion
- Solid grounding in agile methodologies,



Scrum frameworks, and tools like Jira and Confluence
- A technical understanding of web frontend principles and web performance metrics
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, ready to navigate complex international environments
- A proactive mindset, eager to take initiative, rethink processes, and help shape team dynamics
- Full professional level of English
- Location: Barcelona
