Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff, ensuring efficient and smooth daily operations.
- Oversee roster planning, including staff scheduling, ensuring optimal coverage for operations.
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, overseeing the picking, packing, and dispatching processes.
- Monitor and maintain warehouse safety standards, ensuring a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Train and mentor staff to ensure high performance and productivity levels.
- Coordinate with other departments (logistics, procurement) to meet operational goals and timelines.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to the team.
- Address and resolve any operational issues that arise on the floor promptly and effectively.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles.
- Strong background in roster planning and staff scheduling.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a large team.
