Senior scientist leading quantitative genetics research to enable precision breeding and product design. You will guide cross-functional teams across the Product Design pipeline, delivering high-quality germplasm, data, and prescriptions. You’ll apply advanced genomics, modeling, and data science to improve breeding programs and product performance.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Lead quantitative genetics innovations in the Product Design pipeline
- Design improved germplasm cohorts aligned with Product Concept targets from crossing to handoff
- Support precision breeding innovations in Product Design
- Develop and apply models, algorithms, and systems for breeding program design, goals,



and data acquisition at scale
- Identify opportunities for new technology implementation and process improvement
- Collaborate with multi-function teams across regions (LATAM, EMEA, APAC) to support Precision Breeding projects
- Support Health, Safety, Environment, Compliance and Human Rights policies at the site

Responsabilidades

- PhD with minimum 4 years of relevant experience or MS with 8+ years in quantitative genetics methods for breeding programs xugodme
- Experience working in cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
- Ability to lead and influence stakeholders and projects without direct reporting lines
- Proven track record in analyzing large biological data sets and coding in C, Fortran or similar languages
- Proven experience deriving quantitative genetics theory for breeding program design, goal definition, or data acquisition at scale (plant or animal)
