Corporate Receptionist

Our ambassadors key focus is to ensure our clients and guests enjoy a remarkable experience; anticipating their needs – even before they do, saving precious time and enhancing the guest experience. We are currently seeking a Corporate Receptionist to join our team onsite at one of our premium corporate clients. You will be providing exceptional high level receptionist services.

THE POSITION

- Deliver exceptional front-of-house service during meetings, conferences, and client events, ensuring guests receive a professional and welcoming experience
- Act as the primary point of contact for catering and event space bookings, including catering requirements, room setup, and last-minute changes
- Providing seamless support throughout functions and catering services
- Manage client feedback relating to events and catering, ensuring high service standards and continuous improvement
- Oversee the presentation and readiness of meeting rooms, event spaces,



and catering areas to maintain a premium client experience
- Provide reception support as required, including greeting visitors and handling telephone enquiries, while maintaining a strong focus on event and catering operations

THE PERSON

- 2+ years experienced in a comparable reception/client service role
- Advanced administration skills including Microsoft Office
- Eagerness to contribute to a friendly and professional team environment
- Strong understanding of corporate reception duties and professional standards
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Discreet, ethical and committed to maintaining a high degree of confidentiality
