In this role you will lead the site Asset Reliability program to improve asset availability and reduce unplanned downtime. You will own critical reliability systems such as MIR, APS, and RCA, ensuring timely closure and coordinated improvements. You will embed reliability into the maintenance strategy, drive long-term improvements, and enhance technical availability through systematic problem solving.

You will work with cross-functional teams to optimize maintenance practices and deliver Manufacturing Equipment Excellence.

- Lead the site Asset Reliability program and own major incident and RCA systems
- Act as gatekeeper for effective closure of improvements across relevant teams
- Embed asset reliability into the maintenance strategy and deliver long-term improvement plans
- Manage Condition Monitoring u0026 Lubrication towards zero planned maintenance time and higher availability
- Plan and support corrective, preventative, and RCA work; apply design-out methods for OEM/new investments
- Use CMMS to deliver analyses (Top 10, Pareto, cost summaries) and identify hot spots for improvements




- Drive resolution of Top 3 issues per period and support Maintenance Coordinator in Manufacturing Equipment Excellence
- Ensure PMs are value-driven, cost-effective, and aligned with required skills and tasks
- Promote a Less Is More culture in PMs and drive low-cost reliability improvements
- Accountable for the site criticality program and integrate REM/RCM for cost-effective maintenance
- Backup maintenance supervisor to strengthen organization skills and knowledge base

Responsabilidades

- Time served engineer with HND or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- 5 years of FMCG manufacturing xugodme experience
- Ability to train and influence others; effective decision making and communication
- Facilitation and presentation skills
- Green belt, Six Sigma, RCA, and analytical problem-solving skills
- RCM / PFMEA / FMEA formal qualification
- 2–3 years of people management or direct supervision
- Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple work streams
- Project management and planning skills
- Computer literacy: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, CMMS, Project; significant CMMS experience and data interpretation
