About the Role:

The Group Reporting team is looking for a Reporting Analyst, Group Finance – Fixed-Term Contract (12 months), to strengthen its capabilities during a period of growing activities and ongoing Finance transformation. In this temporary assignment, you will support reliable reporting and performance-measurement processes while helping us simplify and improve the way reporting services are delivered to users.

You will work in an international environment and collaborate with Finance stakeholders across a integral organization of approximately 12,000 employees. The role provides broad exposure to Group Finance processes, with a clear focus on reporting, performance measurement, and related process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Group reporting: Support the preparation, compilation, validation, and timely delivery of recurring Finance reports.
- Reporting excellence: Analyze reporting outputs, identify inconsistencies and improvement opportunities, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure reliable, decision-relevant financial information.

- Performance measurement: Support the review and validation of performance statistics and submitted adjustments around the Group Short-Term Incentive (STI) process, ensuring consistent application of the applicable governance framework.

- Innovate Reporting process enablement: Improve digital reporting and workflow-enabled services, helping increase process efficiency, governance, and user adoption.
- Stakeholder engagement: Work with colleagues across Group Finance, local Finance organizations, and relevant support functions in a collaborative and service-oriented manner.
- Transformation support: Contribute to selected work packages alongside ongoing reporting and Finance transformation initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Professional experience: 3+ years of progressive experience in FP&A;, Accounting,



Controlling, Financial Reporting, or a related Finance role.
- Financial understanding: Sound understanding of financial concepts and confidence working with financial reports and performance data.
- English: Fluent professional English is required; additional languages are an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Interpersonal effectiveness: Strong interpersonal skills, professional judgment, empathy, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Global collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, ideally in an international or matrix organization.
- Digital mindset: Comfortable using standard reporting and collaboration tools, with an interest in process automation and digital workflows.
- Independent problem solving: Comfortable navigating ambiguity, setting priorities, and solving problems independently and pragmatically.
- Process improvement: Experience with reporting processes, governance, workflow tools, or automation is an advantage.
