We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team and support the growth of our English-speaking client base in Spain.

The idóneo candidate has a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and experience in client acquisition and relationship management. We are looking for someone proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and expand our English-speaking client base

Identify and approach potential clients

Manage the full sales process from initial contact to closing

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients

Follow up on leads and business opportunities

Negotiate commercial terms and close deals

Achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications

Requirements

Fluent English (C1/C2 or native-level proficiency) — essential

Proven experience in sales,



business development, or customer acquisition

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Results-driven and proactive approach

Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively

Currently residing in Spain

Legal authorization to work in Spain

Experience working with international or English-speaking clients is an advantage
