We are looking for a Sales Operations & Customer Support Specialist to join the European team of a high-performance cycling company.

The company develops and manages its products from concept and design through engineering and manufacturing, working with some of the most respected professionals in the cycling industry.

As the European business continues to grow, they are looking for a motivated professional to become a key member of their commercial operations team.

? Location: Riudellots de la Selva (Girona, Spain)

? Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

? Occasional flexibility and remote working possibilities when needed

? Salary: €35,000 gross per year, negotiable depending on experience

Your role You will play a key role in supporting the European sales team by ensuring smooth commercial operations and outstanding customer service.





✅ Managing quotations, orders, and sales processes

✅ Providing support to international customers

✅ Preparing sales reports and commercial performance analysis

✅ Managing sales-related documentation

✅ Coordinating with European sales and distribution managers

What we are looking for ✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role

✔ Previous experience within the cycling industry

✔ Professional level German and English (mandatory)

✔ Advanced Excel skills

✔ Experience with Oracle ERP is a plus

✔ Strong organizational skills and customer-oriented mindset
