CNEX, an international company specialized in the development and distribution of products for the adult and intimate wellness sector, we are looking for a Sales Representative / Account Manager to join our Sales Team and develop the German-speaking market.

Your main responsibilities

- Manage and develop our existing customer portfolio in Germany and other German-speaking markets.
- Identify and acquire new B2B customers and business opportunities.
- Build long-term relationships with distributors, retailers and key accounts.
- Prepare commercial offers and follow up on negotiations and orders.
- Proactively contact potential customers by phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
- Attend international trade fairs and industry events.
- Coordinate with our Sales, Administration, Purchasing and Logistics teams.
- Monitor the market, competitors and new business opportunities.

What we are looking for

- German: native or professional proficiency (C1/C2).
- English: professional working proficiency (minimum B2/C1).
- Spanish: working knowledge.
- Previous experience in B2B sales, account management or business development.




- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Commercial mindset, proactive attitude and results orientation.
- Comfortable working in an international environment.
- Availability to travel occasionally to visit customers and attend trade fairs.

What we offer

- Permanent, full-time position in an international and growing company.
- €25,000 gross/year fixed salary + variable compensation based on sales objectives.
- Office based in Mataró (Barcelona), with the possibility of 1–2 remote working days per week once the initial onboarding and training period has been completed.
