Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you.

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Join our team and start a new adventure in an international and dynamic environment where you will be able to fulfil your career expectations in a fast-growing organization. As a SAP Fiori ESS/MSS Functional & Technical Consultant, you will lead the design, implementation,



and rollout of Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS) applications within an SAP S/4HANA Human Capital Management environment, supporting approximately 10,000 employees globally. You will collaborate with HR, IT, security, and business stakeholders to deliver a modern, user-friendly self-service platform leveraging SAP Fiori, SAP Gateway, SAP UI5, and S/4HANA integration capabilities.

Your missions

- Analyze business requirements and design SAP Fiori ESS/MSS solutions aligned with organizational HR processes
- Define and implement Fiori architecture for large-scale user populations
- Recommend and deploy standard SAP Fiori applications; identify and oversee custom developments as needed
- Design and configure role-based access models for employees, managers, HR administrators, and executives
- Configure and integrate ESS/MSS processes, including leave requests, team calendars, and manager approvals
- Configure SAP Fiori Launchpad, SAP Gateway, and OData services; coordinate SAPUI5 custom developments
- Manage application lifecycle, transport strategy, and optimize performance for high-volume usage
- Design and implement SAP roles, Fiori catalogs, spaces, pages, and authorization objects, ensuring compliance with security standards
- Integrate ESS/MSS applications with SAP S/4HANA HCM, SAP Gateway, SAP IAS, Active Directory/Azure AD, payroll, and time management systems
- Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, UAT and deployment plans; execute system integration and performance testing
- Support production deployment, hypercare activities, and drive user adoption through training and change management initiatives

Your profile

- Experience in SAP HCM (minimum 7 years)
- Experience in SAP Fiori implementation (minimum 5 years)
- Experience in full-cycle SAP ESS/MSS implementations (at least 3 projects)




- Experience supporting organizations with more than 5,000 employees
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA environments
- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, SAP HCM, SAP Fiori Launchpad, SAPUI5, SAP Gateway, OData Services, SAP Authorization Concepts, SAP Web Dispatcher, SAP IAS/IPS, PFCG Role Design, SAP Transport Management
- Experience in Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll Integration, Employee and Manager Self-Service Processes
- Academic background: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources Information Systems, or related field
- English and Spanish fluent.
- You demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive adoption and change in a multicultural environment
