In this role you drive the smooth transition from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA across countries and business units from Liebherr’s new Madrid SAP Center. You’ll orchestrate cutover activities, work with cross-functional teams, and ensure go-live readiness and minimal disruption. You will operate in a global, cross-functional setting focused on a robust transformation program and methodical governance.

This is a hands-on leadership position in a multinational environment with a clear impact on how Liebherr runs its business worldwide. You will be at the center of the digital transformation journey with a strong emphasis on planning, risks, and stakeholder alignment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Establish detailed cutover plans, milestones, dependencies, checkpoints and execution timelines
- Develop end-to-end cutover strategies aligned with deployment and release plans
- Ensure alignment between business, IT, implementation partners, and local teams
- Identify deployment risks and challenge assumptions to minimize business disruption
- Define and continuously improve Cutover Management methodology, governance and standards
- Own and facilitate cutover rehearsals,



mock cutovers and dress rehearsals
- Lead cutover command center activities during deployment and go-live
- Monitor cutover progress and provide status reports to program leadership
- Present cutover status, risks and recommendations to program managers and stakeholders

Responsabilidades

- 3–5 years as SAP Cutover Manager in SAP transformation programs or ERP implementations
- Proven experience leading SAP cutover activities in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA processes and deployment methodologies
- Experience developing and executing detailed cutover plans and go-live strategies
- Excellent stakeholder xugodme management across executives, business and IT
- Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence (or similar tools) for task management
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in multicultural, cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., German or Spanish) are a plus
- Willingness to travel up to 30% to Liebherr sites worldwide
