Your job

You will design, develop and implement planning and data solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning and SAP Datasphere. Based in our nearshore centre in Spain, you will work primarily remotely as part of an international delivery team, collaborating closely with clients and onshore colleagues.Working with business and IT stakeholders, you will translate planning requirements into scalable, well-governed solutions, covering the full project lifecycle from data integration to the end-user planning application.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Designing and implementing SAC Planning models, planning stories, data actions, multi-actions, advanced formulas, allocations, version management and planning workflows.
2. Modelling and provisioning data in SAP Datasphere using spaces, graphical and SQL views, analytic models, data flows and replication flows.
3. Integrating data from SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA and non-SAP sources, and connecting SAP Datasphere and SAC through live connections.
4. Defining data access controls, roles and governance for planning and reporting.
5. Participating in requirements workshops, preparing technical documentation, supporting testing and user acceptance, and ensuring a smooth handover to operations teams and end users.
6. Contributing best practices, optimising performance and supporting the ongoing development of the planning landscape.

What makes you the perfect candidate

1. Proven hands-on expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud Planning and SAP Datasphere.
2. Experience delivering at least two comparable projects from end to end.
3. A solid understanding of planning and forecasting processes, including financial and operational planning.
4. Strong knowledge of data modelling principles.
5. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
6. Excellent written and spoken English at a business-fluent level.
7. A well-organised, independent working style and experience collaborating in remote or distributed project teams.

We value

1. A collaborative mindset, strong analytical thinking and a focus on delivering practical solutions.
2. Project experience in the energy sector, including utilities, grid operators, generation or trading.
3. Experience in asset management, such as maintenance and investment planning, CAPEX/OPEX planning, asset lifecycle costing or regulatory asset base topics.
4. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP PM/EAM or related asset management processes.
5. Experience with SAP BW/4HANA migrations to SAP Datasphere.
6. SAP certifications in SAC or Datasphere.
7. German or French language skills,

Das ist deine Aufgabe

Du konzipierst, entwickelst und implementierst Planungs- und Datenlösungen mit SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning und SAP Datasphere. Du bist Teil unseres Nearshore-Standorts in Spanien und arbeitest überwiegend remote in einem internationalen Projektteam. Dabei stehst du in engem Austausch mit unseren Kunden und den Onshore-Kolleginnen und -Kollegen.Gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen und der IT setzt du Planungsanforderungen in skalierbare Lösungen mit klaren Governance-Strukturen um.

Dabei begleitest du den gesamten Projektlebenszyklus – von der Datenintegration bis zur Planungsanwendung für die Endanwender.

Hauptaufgaben

1.



Konzeption und Implementierung von SAC-Planungsmodellen, Planungsstorys, Datenaktionen, Multi-Aktionen, erweiterten Formeln, Allokationen, Versionsmanagement und Planungsworkflows.
2. Modellierung und Bereitstellung von Daten in SAP Datasphere mithilfe von Spaces, grafischen und SQL-Views, Analysemodellen, Datenflüssen und Replikationsflüssen.
3. Integration von Daten aus SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA und Nicht-SAP-Quellen sowie Anbindung von SAP Datasphere an SAC über Live-Verbindungen.
4. Definition von Datenzugriffsberechtigungen, Rollen und Governance-Vorgaben für Planung und Reporting.
5. Teilnahme an Anforderungsworkshops, Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen, Unterstützung bei Tests und Anwenderabnahmen sowie Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Übergabe an Betriebsteams und Endanwender.
6. Einbringen von Best Practices, Optimierung der Performance und Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der Planungslandschaft.

Das bringst du mit

1. Nachgewiesene praktische Expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud Planning und SAP Datasphere.
2. Erfahrung in der vollständigen Umsetzung von mindestens zwei vergleichbaren Projekten.
3. Fundiertes Verständnis von Planungs- und Forecasting-Prozessen, einschliesslich Finanzplanung und operativer Planung.
4. Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Grundlagen der Datenmodellierung.
5. Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, effektiv mit Fachbereichen und technischen Teams zusammenzuarbeiten.
6. Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
7. Eine strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit remote arbeitenden oder standortübergreifenden Projektteams.
