As a Senior Software QA Analyst, you own the quality strategy for Redtrust within Keyfactor’s engineering team. You lead cross-functional efforts to shift from manual regression to automation-first testing, defining risk-based coverage across unit, API, and UI layers. You will align Product, Development, and QA to ensure quality is built in from design through delivery.

This role offers the chance to modernize QA practices, shape testing strategies, and drive measurable quality improvements in a security-focused platform.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Design and own a risk-based test strategy spanning functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing
- Lead the automation-first transformation by prioritizing automation backlog with automation engineers
- Create and maintain test plans/cases for major features with appropriate risk coverage
- Identify, document, and track defects and drive effective triage with Development
- Participate in product design reviews to surface quality risks early
- Coordinate testing requirements across Product, Development,



and QA to define testing boundaries
- Collaborate with Development to grow unit-test coverage and define dev/QA testing boundaries
- Establish and maintain test documentation, quality metrics, and leadership-facing reporting
- Drive continuous QA improvement, preventing regression scope bloat
- Mentor junior QA engineers and share best practices

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years in QA engineering or QA analysis
- Proven experience with risk-based test strategy and prioritization
- Strong cross-functional collaboration xugodme and influence across Product and Engineering
- Solid test-automation literacy and ability to prioritize the automation backlog
- Experience with test-management tooling and defect-tracking/traceability
- Experience with manual testing and defect tracking with a path to automation
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving with knowledge of relevant tools/tech
- Ability to lead complex initiatives and drive change across functions
- Extensive knowledge of industry quality methodologies and cross-functional processes
