In this role you guide customers through designing scalable, reliable systems using MongoDB's data platform, bridging technical execution with sales strategy. You partner with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, articulate the business value of MongoDB solutions, and influence architecture decisions. You will shape opportunities from initial discovery to proof of value, helping both startups and enterprises succeed at scale.

This is a high-impact, customer-facing role grounded in technical excellence and collaboration, with a strong emphasis on driving growth in a hybrid Madrid setting.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Design scalable architectures and guide deployment patterns for large projects leveraging MongoDB
- Advise customers on architecture optimization and technology choices to meet business goals
- Collaborate with sales to plan accounts, prioritize opportunities, and coordinate technical resources
- Generate demand through technical initiatives and participation in events and ABM activities
- Foster customer relationships, develop champions,



and ensure customer success
- Mentor junior Solutions Consulting colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement of processes
- Engage in ongoing product and industry training to stay fluent in MongoDB product suite

Responsabilidades

- 8–11 years in a customer-facing role, with 5–7 years in pre-sales for enterprise software
- 3+ years with modern scripting or programming languages (Python, Node.js, SQL; C/C++, Java, C#)
- Experience designing scalable, highly available distributed systems in cloud/on-prem environments
- Ability to review complex architectures xugodme with customers and recommend improvements using technology
- Excellent presentation and communication skills for both technical and executive audiences
- Strategic ability to collaborate with sales and align resources for account plans
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
