As we continue to grow, we're looking for a SEO & AI Growth Specialist to help us strengthen our organic presence, expand our reach, and shape how our products are discovered across traditional and AI-powered search.

What You'll Do

- Develop and execute SEO and organic growth strategies across international markets.
- Drive technical, on-page, and content SEO initiatives to improve organic visibility and acquisition.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, search intent analysis, and identify new growth opportunities.
- Develop and test GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategies.
- Optimize content and website experiences for both traditional search engines and AI-powered search platforms.
- Monitor organic traffic, rankings, conversions, and other key growth metrics, turning data into actionable insights.
- Work closely with Content, Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to implement growth initiatives.
- Run experiments, measure results, and continuously test new SEO, AI Search, and growth opportunities.
- Stay up to date with Google algorithms, AI search trends, LLMs, and the evolving search landscape.

What We're Looking For





- 3 - 4 years of experience in Technical SEO, Programmatic/Scaled Content SEO, or Growth Marketing — ideally including work on large multi-market content portfolios (100 pages/templates).
- Strong knowledge of technical, on-page, off-page, and content SEO.
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, or similar tools.
- Understanding or experience with GEO, AEO, AI Search, or Generative Engine Optimization is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into growth opportunities.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English.
- Curiosity about AI, emerging search technologies, and new approaches to organic growth.

Location & Work Setup

- This is a full-time contract position.
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
- Our office is located in the heart of Barcelona’s Eixample district, providing an inspiring environment to collaborate and build together.
