Experteer Overview
As a Satellite Operations Engineer, you ensure real-time management of AST SpaceMobile’s LEO constellation from the SOC. You work in a 24/7 shift environment to maintain mission readiness and support ground-satellite coordination. You drive reliable contacts, monitor health, and respond to alarms to sustain global connectivity. You join a mission-driven team focused on space systems automation and operational excellence.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Execute planned LEO satellite operations from the SOC in a shift setup
• Coordinate ground equipment and network to support scheduled satellite contacts (pre-pass, pass, post-pass)
• Execute and verify satellite commands according to contact planning schedules




• Monitor satellite telemetry and subsystem health; maintain situational awareness of config and status
• Respond to alarms and provide triage support for anomalies; collect data and assist resolution teams
• Operate SOC operations software tools and participate in daily handovers
• Support mission product development including procedures, testing, and validation
• Prepare for satellite launch readiness, planning, and preparation
• Attend required trainings, simulations, and program reviews

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a STEM-related field
• Minimum of 2 years of satellite operations experience
