- SAP systems management (start/stop, kernel, SAP notes, support packages, technical upgrades).
- Database Management (HANA): Performance, backup/restore, replication, tuning
- Management of DEV/QA/PRE/PROD environments, system copies, soft drinks, sandboxes for projects.
- Transport Management System (TMS): Transport path configuration, not content approval.
- Infrastructure monitoring (CPU, memory, storage, IOPS).
- High availability and disaster recovery (RTO/RPO, periodic recovery tests).
- Operating system and database patching (coordinated with Security for purely security patching).
- Technical relationship with the hyperscaler or hosting provider for anything other than BTP/cloud-native (that’s Integration & BTP).
- Provision of new systems/environments for each rollout (on demand from DEPLOY, with input checklist to RUN).
- Direct resolution of low-risk and cross-functional incidents: Configuration errors, parameterisation, poorly loaded master data, simple authorisation issues, known recurring error m essages (with documented solution).
- First-level triage of all incidents (technical and functional) that arrive from the Service Desk, deciding whether they are resolved within the equipment or escalated to a specific Functional Lead (FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, etc.) or to another tower (Security, Integration).
- Management of Major Incidents in their initial diagnostic phase,



determining whether the origin is technical or functional before activating the appropriate specialist — avoids the usual "ping-pong" of several hours until the vigente owner of the problem is found.

- Degree or professional qualification in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Strong experience in SAP operations, including SAP Basis and application management.
- Experience with ITIL-based service, incident, and change management.
- Knowledge of transport management, authorization concepts, and system maintenance.
- Several years of leadership experience in IT operations.
- Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and during critical incidents.
- Clear communication with business and technical stakeholders.
- Fluent Spanish and excellent English
