In this role you will develop and manage maintenance standards, procedures, and technical documentation to support safe and compliant aircraft maintenance. You will bridge operations, Safety, and Compliance, ensuring clear communication and consistent application of technical requirements. You’ll contribute to continuous improvement and organisational change while working within the Seville Technical Standards team.

This is a hands-on position that shapes how maintenance standards are applied across the organisation, with a focus on regulatory alignment and documentation integrity. You will be part of a cross-functional environment with impact on safety and regulatory compliance.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Develop, maintain, and control maintenance standards, procedures, and technical documentation
- Assist amendments of MOE and related procedures with EASA/UKCAA compliance considerations
- Support root cause and corrective actions for safety occurrences and audit findings




- Promote and comply with Safety Policy and Objectives
- Close group containment and corrective actions in response to safety events/issues
- Navigate engineering systems (Boeing fleet docs, digital libraries, TSQ dashboards)
- Work in accordance with MOE, TSM, SMM requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement and organisational change

Responsabilidades

- Experience in aircraft maintenance or technical support
- Knowledge of document control/revision in regulated environments
- Familiarity xugodme with MyBoeingFleet
- Knowledge/experience using AMOS
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Smartsheet
- Attention to detail and high documentation accuracy
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Safety mindset and awareness of human factors
