In this role, you will define and drive a national Transforming Care agenda for Spain, translating strategy into scalable oncology models. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with clinical, data, policy, and operational partners to improve early detection, precision treatment, and equitable access. You’ll oversee governance, funding, and KPI-driven performance to deliver guideline-concordant care across regions.

This is a high-impact leadership position shaping Spain’s cancer care landscape in line with AstraZeneca’s mission to reduce cancer deaths.

- Codify scalable playbooks and secure multiyear funding for nationwide rollout
- Lead change management, risk and stakeholder engagement
- Coordinate cross-functional, country-level alignment across Medical, Market Access, Digital/IT, and Public Affairs




- Manage strategic partnerships with clinical societies, patient groups, labs, and providers
- Define KPI taxonomy, dashboards, and data pipelines; enable rapid-cycle learning
- Co-lead Above-Brand Strategy and monitor policy and system transformation trends

Responsabilidades

- 10-15 years in transformation with system-level delivery and large-scale implementation
- Proven crossfunctional, multistakeholder leadership at national/regional levels
- Strong change management, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, policy engagement, and governance design
- Ability to set multiyear strategy and operating xugodme models; governance and pathway standards
- Negotiation and management of frameworks with authorities, societies, provider networks, and labs; confident in national forums
- Data-driven approach
- Fluent in Spanish and English
