Responsabilidades

 Develop, implement, and maintain the global category strategy for solar equipment, including PV modules, trackers, and inverters.

 Prequalify new suppliers, assess sustainability risks, and implement mitigation strategies for solar equipment and markets.

 Manage strategic supplier relations, key performance indicators, and commercial leveraging across regional procurement teams.

 Develop, implement, and maintain the general category strategy for battery energy storage systems (BESS), including battery cells, power conversion systems (PCS), and energy management systems (EMS).





 Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, finance, legal, etc.) to ensure aligned contract development and negotiation with appropriate terms and risk allocation.

 Act as the category expert, advising and supporting project teams and management on critical issues throughout the procurement process and project execution phase.

Requisitos

Bachelor degree in business / engineering / renewables

- 7+ years of experience in Procurement & Supply Chain Management in the solar energy segment, ideally with an international background
- Fluency in the English language
- Customer orientation towards internal organizational units
- Strong understanding of and commitment to health and safety and sustainability principles and culture
- Strategic and commercial mindset, and proven track record of implementing strategic initiatives
- Proven track record for procurement of solar main equipment for large projects in different geographies such as US, South America (Chile) and Europe (Italy, Spain, Greece)
- Excellent communication, listening and negotiation skills.
- Ability to drive continuous improvement and follow-up of deliveries
- Advanced analytical skills
- Willingness to travel
