At the heart of our physical infrastructure, the Data Center Technician ensures the proper functioning, monitoring, and maintenance of equipment hosted in our data centers. They guarantee the availability, physical security, and performance of the critical infrastructure powering our clients' AI workloads.

Main Responsibilities

Operations & Monitoring

- Ensure real-time monitoring of equipment (servers, networks, power supplies, cooling)
- Respond to incidents and alerts, perform first-level diagnostics, and escalate anomalies
- Guarantee service continuity and compliance with customer SLAs
- Carry out on-call duties according to the schedule in place
- Maintenance & Physical Interventions
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on physical equipment
- Carry out rack & stack operations (installation, cabling, equipment replacement)
- Manage intervention tickets (ITSM): tracking, updating, resolving, RMA
- Experience with MPO fiber cabling

Capacity Management & Asset Management

- Maintain up-to-date physical asset inventories (CMDB)
- Manage logistics for equipment deliveries and shipments
- Contribute to tracking power density and capacity of racks

Security & Compliance

- Contribute to writing and updating operational documentation (runbooks, procedures)
- Participate in internal audits and BCP/DRP drills

Required Profile

Education & Experience

- Associate degree or equivalent (BTS SIO, CCNA, or similar) in IT, networking, or electrical engineering




- Minimum 2 years of experience in a data center or server room environment
- Experience in a carrier-neutral or hyperscale data center is a plus

Technical Skills

- Strong command of physical infrastructures: servers, switches, racks, PDUs, UPSs
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Grafana, ticketing systems)
- Basic knowledge of networking (VLAN, optical fiber, structured cabling)
- Proficiency in Linux command line is an advantage

Personal Skills

- Rigor, structured methodology, and sense of priority in a high-stakes environment
- Autonomy and ability to take initiative during incidents
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, passion for documentation
- Team player with ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary technical teams
- Availability for on-call duties and interventions outside regular hours
- Mobility, travel capability.
