At CORUS , we are looking for a Content Specialist to join our team on an international insurance project.

We’re looking for a Creative Specialist (Content Specialist) who enjoys developing ideas for social media and transforming strategic briefs into relevant, platform-native content ready for execution. With the mission to bring creative strategy to life through social content, developing ideas, assets and platform-specific executions while ensuring the final output remains true to the original creative vision.

Location: Hybrid from Barcelona (3 day per week at the office).

You will:

- Transform strategic briefs into actionable creative concepts for social media.
- Develop scripts, storyboards, copy, and visual proposals for posts and campaigns.
- Create, adapt, and optimize content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, and other digital channels.
- Propose content for editorial calendars, aligned with defined thematic areas and content categories.
- Collaborate with videographers to create short videos and audiovisual content for social media.
- Adapt content to the specific formats, conventions, and user behaviors of each platform.
- Ensure consistency between the creative concept, brand tone, and the requirements of each channel.
- Stay up to date on trends, social dynamics, and emerging formats to generate relevant content.
- Social media content creation.
- Copywriting and visual storytelling.




- Development of creative concepts, scripts, and storyboards.
- In-depth knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, and other social media platforms.
- Proficiency with tools such as CapCut, Canva, and Adobe Suite (graphics or illustrations).
- Collaborate with strategy, design, insights, production, and project management teams.

You should have:

- Between 2 and 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with strategy, insights, design, production and project management teams.
- Organized, proactive and execution-oriented mindset.
- High level of English, as we work in an international environment.
- Experience creating content for brands or clients.
