SITE MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee daily construction operations on site — from initial site setup (temporary fencing and mobilization) through to final handover — ensuring all work strictly aligns with project specifications and design requirements.
- Take full ownership of the detailed construction schedule and work plan: develop it, and personally monitor, control, and drive its day-to-day execution — proactively adjusting it as needed to ensure all milestones and deadlines are met.
- Coordinate site works with the Project Manager, the design/structural engineering team, procurement, and other departments, ensuring construction proceeds only on finalized, approved execution-design documentation.
- Verify quantities of materials used and works completed, and maintain comprehensive documentation related to construction progress and site supervision.
- Ensure all work meets applicable construction technology, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Guarantee a safe working environment by strictly enforcing occupational health, safety, and fire safety regulations.
- Maintain a risk log tracking scope, budget, and schedule deviations throughout the project,



from mobilization to final delivery.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience managing construction sites, preferably in residential / townhouse development projects.
- Proven experience coordinating and managing subcontractors, and setting up and controlling construction schedules.
- Spanish language proficiency — MANDATORY REQUIREMENT (direct communication with Spanishsubcontractors, suppliers, and authorities is required).
- Additional language: English or Russian required, for communication with the project team and other stakeholders.
- Valid Category B driving licence.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 42,000.00€ - 48,000.00€ per year
