Join us as a Tooling & Field Operations Coordinator, where you will play a crucial role in managing the preparation, dispatch, tracking, and operational control of tooling sets for field activities. Imagine traveling to job sites, overseeing the safe usage of tools by technicians, and ensuring compliance with operational and safety standards. You will monitor on-site tooling practices, intervene when necessary, and maintain complete documentation of tool movements. Your attention to detail will help ensure that all tools are maintained, calibrated, and certified, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

How You’ll Make an Impact

- Coordinate the preparation, packing, and safe dispatch of all tooling sets required for field operations.
- Travel to job sites to oversee proper and safe tool usage by technicians, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Track all tool movements using SAP/TCTP/Excel, maintaining accurate documentation throughout the process.
- Manage on-site tool check-in/check-out processes and perform receiving inspections upon tool return, identifying discrepancies and preparing detailed reports.
- Support the Tool Center Manager with planning, reporting, and inventory preparation, while ensuring tools comply with maintenance and certification schedules.

What You Bring

- You have a strong background in tool management and field operations, with a focus on safety and compliance.
- Proficiency in SAP, TCTP, and Excel for tracking and documentation purposes.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate inventory management and reporting.




- Ability to operate forklifts safely and perform material handling tasks in a warehouse environment.
- You possess strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technicians and stakeholders.
