The Profile We Are Looking For

We're looking for a Procurement & Demand Senior Specialist to join our Procurement & Demand team, reporting directly to our Procurement Manager.

You'll be the key operational and strategic link between internal stakeholders and our external manufacturing and service partners - owning supplier relationships and sourcing decisions end-to-end, from the demand signal through purchase order execution.

This is not a purely transactional role. Beyond the day-to-day (RFQs, POs, SKU setup, QC coordination), you'll own the demand forecast that feeds Supply Chain execution, negotiate supplier terms and payment conditions in support of working capital goals, contribute to sourcing strategy, and independently own decisions and stakeholder relationships when called upon - including representing Procurement in the Manager's absence.

You're the kind of person who takes ownership end-to-end, brings structure and precision to SKU and master-data work, is comfortable negotiating and making calls independently, and knows how to keep suppliers, Account Managers, and internal teams aligned with limited supervision.

What You'll Do





- Own the commercial demand signal: lead the demand-planning inputs needed to produce a validated, data-backed sales forecast that serves as the source of truth for Supply Chain execution.
- Optimize working capital through strategic negotiation of supplier payment terms (DPO), balancing unit cost reduction with cash-flow preservation.
- Develop and implement the sourcing strategy: conduct market mapping and supplier benchmarking, then oversee RFQs/RFPs and negotiate master agreements and complex tenders.
- Manage the Procurement budget and identify and mitigate supply-chain risks.
- Manage supplier performance - tracking KPIs, running reviews, and resolving delivery or quality issues.
- Coordinate quality control (QC) workflows: sample approvals, inspection scheduling, and inspector instructions.
- Onboard new vendors, run Request for Information (RFI) assessments, and maintain clear supplier documentation.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Logistics on delivery workflows and sourcing decisions, and step in to represent Procurement on these when the Procurement Manager is unavailable.

What You'll Bring

- 5+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain execution, within the fashion, and/or textile industry. With hands-on ownership of RFQs/RFPs, POs, and supplier onboarding - not only transactional purchasing.
- Proven track record negotiating supplier terms and contracts, including master agreements and larger tenders.




- Experience negotiating supplier payment terms (DPO) and a working understanding of how it affects working capital and cash flow.
- Exposure to demand planning or forecast validation (e.g. contributing to or sense-checking a sales forecast) is highly valued.
- Strong organizational skills with strict attention to detail for SKU and master-data setup.
- Comfortable working in an ERP system for product, order, and supplier data.
- Solid commercial judgment on cost drivers and budget trade-offs.
- Comfortable owning decisions and stakeholder relationships independently, with limited supervision.
- Solid communication skills for cross-functional alignment with Sales, Logistics, Account Managers, and external vendors.

Nice to Have

- Experience deputizing for a manager, mentoring peers, or independently leading procurement initiatives.
- Familiarity with demand-planning tools or S&OP; processes (e.g. MAPE, forecast bias).
- Experience working with suppliers across Asia.
- Experience in physical-product or workwear supply chains.
