Job Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated professional to join our team in Sofia for a Czech Speaking Customer Support Representative position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional, high-quality support to Czech-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.

- Represent major international brands within the Customer Support Services industry with professionalism and empathy.

- Resolve technical or administrative inquiries promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the internal database systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address recurring customer feedback trends.

- Achieve daily and monthly performance metrics to ensure service level agreement excellence.

- Contribute to a positive, collaborative office culture by sharing insights and best practices with teammates.

- Native or fluent Czech (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.

- Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate your transition to our Czech-speaking jobs in Sofia.





- Previous experience in a Customer Support Services role is highly valued but not essential.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Professional demeanor and a genuine passion for providing excellent customer experiences.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to complement your Czech proficiency.
