We're excited to launch our new office in Seville, Spain and are looking for a talented, experienced SEO Specialist to join our founding team. This is a unique opportunity to help shape our brand's presence in Spain from day one, while gaining hands-on experience across a broad client portfolio.
Ready to build your SEO career as part of a brand new office? Blue Array is hiring an SEO Specialist who's hungry to learn, confident with clients, and passionate about delivering organic search results that make a real difference. You'll work directly with some of our smaller accounts, build meaningful client relationships, and gain hands-on industry experience, while also supporting our SEO Managers and SEO Director in delivering successful strategies across our broader client portfolio. The idóneo candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, adapts across brands and industries, and balances technical expertise with creative thinking.
Serve as the primary point of contact for a designated portfolio of small client accounts, ensuring accountability for their organic search performance and adherence to revenue targets.
Conduct comprehensive SEO audits, in-depth keyword research, backlink analysis and deliver actionable recommendations.
Monitor client websites and performance metrics, reporting findings and insights to the line manager and clients.




Develop and present tailored SEO strategies and contribute to the formulation of long-term SEO roadmaps.
Collaborate closely with marketing, content, development and social media teams to ensure integrated delivery of SEO objectives.
Maintain proficiency with essential SEO tools (e.g., Stay up to date on SEO developments, trends, and best practices, sharing insights internally and externally through blogs and team sessions.
You combine technical know-how with commercial sense, thrive in a cross-market environment, and love turning data into action. You're driven, collaborative, and ready to take ownership as part of a founding team in a brand new market.
Excellent planning, organisation, and communication skills.
Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Majestic).
Understanding of traffic and conversion measurement, interpreting data to derive actionable insights.
It's Great If You Also Have
Previous agency experience in SEO, digital marketing, or PR.
Knowledge of content strategy, link-building, and technical audits.
Awareness of wider digital channels (PPC, social, CRO).
