Turner & Townsend in Madrid is seeking a Procurement CAPEX Representative to support a portfolio of capital investment projects within a manufacturing environment. You will develop and execute project procurement strategies, lead sourcing, tendering, supplier evaluation and contract awards, and manage POs and supplier performance.
Work on-site 5 days a week, collaborating with Project Managers, Finance, Engineering, Legal and EHS to ensure cost, schedule, quality and compliance goals are met.
