VBET is seeking a hands-on Media Buying Specialist to launch and scale paid acquisition for its iGaming products. You will manage campaigns across ad networks, optimize budgets, test creatives, and drive measurable growth.
You'll work with Product and Creative teams to adapt campaigns to different traffic sources, monitor CPA/ROAS/LTV/CTR, and build transparent reporting with performance benchmarks for new sources. Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian is a plus.
